Little Minx. Poppity Goblet. Sausage. Boo-boo. Pussycat.

Fastidious. Minor weakness for bananas and berries. Intrigued by her own nasal cavities. Likes a wander. Bossy boots. Considerate to soft toys. Enjoys a good lick of the coe-woe before bedtime. Furtive ice cube thief. Says Chinese words. With an English accent. Snores (gently). Lacks canines. A bloody genius.

Happily strolling along Sloane Street (together with Saffron)

The Artist at Work

The Silver Room, V&A; Saffron was more interested in running up and down the gallery fetching bits of sequin and sellotape from the craft cart and left me seated amongst the other toddlers to finish our project, a paper mask of a silver leopard.

Culture vulture

An afternoon at the V&A; Saffron stops for a tipple while admiring the Chihuly in the foyer.

Unarmed and dangerous

No Global knives or Sabatiers here, Mummy...

Local Shop for Local People

Where Saffron gets her occasional fix of greasy chips.

St Luke's Church playground on a windy Saturday afternoon. Where Saffron unsuccessfully tried to elbow her way into a game of football being played by a group of little boys (who will no doubt kick themselves in years to come). She instead settled on a game of Let's Pretend to Be...a London Underground train driver. Complete with a 30-hour work week, 54 days of annual leave and monthly strikes.
